    Hi besante,
    It's from my MKV video extracted long time ago from a deteriorated DVD-R which should be copied from Dreamlife DVD. I got the DVD-R from a Japanese eBay seller. He has a huge list of such rare videos. Unfortunately I can't find him on eBay anymore. It's more than 10 years ago... :)
